Youth values, youth employment and mobility, family education.

Professor Zeng’s research interests include Youth Values, Youth Employment, and Education for Minors. She has published over 120 papers in many academic journals and newspapers, including Jie Fang Daily, Wen Hui Bao Daily, Social Sciences, and Youth Studies, many of which were reprinted by the authoritative Photo Copy Resources of China People’s University and Xinhua Digest. She has published over 10 books (including ones she has co-authored), and has earned several provincial-level awards. She has cooperated with government departments at different levels on many research projects. Her social appointments: Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Literature Information Center and the Communist Youth League Central Committee’s publication the Future Formed by Youth; a Shanghai Youth Jiangshi Tuan lecturer; a board member of the Youth Sociology Committee under the Chinese Sociological Association; a deputy secretary-general of the Shanghai Youth Sociology Committee; a board member of the Institute of Sociology of Heilongjiang Province; a board member of the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Research Center of Shanghai;  a board member of the Shanghai Youth Education Association. a board member of  the Shanghai Journal Association; and  a board member of the Shanghai Law Society. She is an editorial director of the Contemporary Youth Studies.
