Fang Shuai is an assistant professor at the Institute of Sociology, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. She received her Ph.D. in management from Fudan University, China. She mainly focuses on elderly health and social security policy. The main research topics are as follows. Firstly, community home-based care services. Secondly, primary health policies and medical security policies related to the elderly like long-term care and family doctors. She is undertaking several national and provincial projects. Some related works have been published and achieved some results in decision-making consultation.
